MyMeter® helps Wis. Utility Customers Save Energy While Helping Charities Under Pilot Program
In the same place residents pay their bills online, they can participate in the “Save to Give Challenge” where they will learn and practice no- and low-cost energy actions, tracking their progress on the website or a mobile phone app.
Each time they record how they saved energy they will earn donation points toward their favorite community nonprofits. When enough residents participate and accrue those points, Focus on Energy will donate up to $25,000 to the charities.

MyMeter, the consumer-engagement portal of choice for more than 100 electric, water and gas utilities across North America, today announced the successful go-live at Connexus® Energy of its new, fully integrated payment processing service powered by Paymentus [Paymentus Holdings Inc. NYSE: PAY]. This new capability will streamline the eBill process and provide an on-ramp to a wide array of payment options for the more than 138,000 members served by Minnesota’s largest electric cooperative.

Updates coming to city of Columbia online utility billing portal
COLUMBIA – City of Columbia utility customer service’s online billing portal will have an updated layout and new features starting Oct. 29.
Powered by MyMeter®, customers will be able to use an interactive dashboard, view current service charges, view payment arrangements and track energy usage. Customers with multiple customer numbers will be able to view all accounts using one sign in.

Zeeland BPW’s MyMeter® portal helps consumers monitor utility use and will also make it simpler to pay bills
Zeeland Board of Public Works is introducing a new free customer portal, MyMeter®, so consumers can easily track their energy and water usage.
The new technology will also make it simpler to pay bills and get notifications for unusual energy and water use.
“We’re pleased to provide more technology to our service area and consider this a step closer to empowering our customers with meaningful usage information that can be leveraged to control utility bills,” says Andrew Boatright, general manager of Zeeland BPW.

Powered by MyMeter®, Focus On Energy’s “Save to Give Challenge” ended for Lodi residents with a celebration, a check presentation during Susie the Duck Day, and an announcement from a Lodi nonprofit.
The “Save to Give Challenge” allowed residents to earn donations for three Lodi nonprofits, including Reach Out Lodi, Prairie Valley Resale Store, Lodi Parent-Teacher Organization, by taking energy-saving actions inside their homes.
