MyMeter® serves as the PSEG Long Island “MySmartEnergy” Portal.

Whether you are a residential or business customer, one of the benefits of having a Smart Meter is access to your energy usage via the MySmartEnergy portal accessible through your My Account. The portal shows usage in multiple ways. One way is with informative widgets that compare energy use. Another lets you have control over the amount of detail you want to see, from a date range to daily, weekly and monthly usage. You can even drill down to see your usage in hourly or even 15-minute intervals. Another option provides the ability to download data to a spreadsheet.

MyMeter® serves as the Town of Queen Creek Arizona full my account platform.

The Town of Queen Creek is a municipal water utility located in Southwest Phoenix area. They provide water and waste service to their customers. The Town was looking for a way to streamline payments and provide a communications hub within their service territory.
Today, customers can see their bills, manage bill delivery and their autopay settings, and pay their bills with their chosen wallet payment options through their integration with Paymentus. Also, new customers to the area can schedule their move-in through MyMeter, automating that process to their Harris Advanced Utility Systems Infinity CIS.

MyMeter® serves as an online tool that provides MGE business customers an energy dashboard to view their electric and natural gas usage data. It allows customers to monitor their energy use within a billing period to better understand their energy usage and set performance targets to reduce their usage and demand costs.

In the first 90 days after PWP went live with MyMeter, customers quickly adapted to the new customer self-service offerings. The city reported a 35% adoption rate from their customer base, over 18,000 customers enrolling in autopay, and over 8,000 accounts signed up for e-bill. These numbers continue to grow.
